I am Laura Hulleman, the owner of Fit Wit Me, Baraboo's best woman’s fitness studio. I hold a certification from the American Council on Exercise, and am certified as a weight management coach through Transitions Lifestyle System.
One of the reasons for the phenomenal success is when it comes to weight loss, I can totally relate. In 2009, I was 236 pounds and a size 18; I was unhappy and frustrated. Don't get me wrong, I had experience at being over weight; I had battled with the weight since I was 17 years old. In my early 20's I took off almost 100 pounds in 18 months, but then put it back on over the next 10 years. A little on, a little off, a little more on! You know how it goes.
